In 1991, when Mike Yeager started his company - Yeager Machine, Inc. - he had one goal in mind: to provide customers with what they need, when they need it.
Over two decades later, Mike continues to accomplish what he set out to do by offering diverse machining capabilities to assist custmers with their manufacturing needs.
From close tolerance medical components to after-market equipment for racecars, Yeager Machine has the ability and mindset to manufacture parts in quantities of one to tens of thousands.
Located in a new facility in Norwood Young America, Minnesota, Yeager Machine runs two shifts of employees, all of whom strive to provide excellent customer service through communicating with you throughout the job.
Our people are as diverse as the work that they do. Each employee contributes specialized skills to build a working team that can handle most any demand.
Working as a team is important here at Yeager Machine.
Yeager Machine prides itself on getting involved with a project at the very beginning stages of development.
From the start, we want to understand as much about the form and function of the part as possible. That way we are able to analyze the information and suggest the most efficent way to produce the product. What we like to do is form partnerships with our customers.
"If we are able to work with a customer from beginning to end, we are able to focus more on what the part needs to accomplish versus what the customer wants to pay for the part." Mike Yeager says. "I want to be able to pick our customers carefully so we can develop long-term relationships and help them succeed."
This theory has proven beneficial for many of Yeager Machine's customers.
